I would day wear comfortable shoes but bring water shoes for the water park. The ground gets hot. Also, pack a picnik for lunch and splurge at the park for lemonade, fires, and ice cream! Buy season passes!

Valleyfair totally removed Raging Rapids at Soak City. It's the tube ride where you go down rapids. The pool has totally been filled in. It being gone isn't really publicized currently.
